The cozy living area invites you to relax and unwind, creating the perfect spot to enjoy the gentle sea breeze and wonderful sunsets. The full bath with walk-in shower has contemporary fixtures offering a rejuvenating experience after a day spent exploring the nearby sandy beaches or indulging in the local coastal cuisine. AC/heat, smart TV, WiFi, community pool and outdoor grilling areas with picnic tables are just a few of the amenities. There is convenient parking and a friendly onsite team to ensure that every aspect of your visit is attended to. Fresh towels are available (please bring your own beach/pool towels). Located in the heart of North Truro, you’re just a short drive into vibrant Provincetown, where art, culture and entertainment come alive. The Cape Cod National Seashore with its scenic bike and hiking trails is at your doorstep.

** The Complex Manager or the Board - reserves the right to remove any occupants who do not comply with the Braemar Rules and Regulations; should an occupant be removed, any unused rental payments may be returned and any fees associated with the removal will be assessed the owner.
- The office is open 8:00 Am - 6:00 PM - Check In at our on-site office upon arrival. Closed between the hours of 11:00am - 1:00PM
** Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. - Please have all guests sign in at the office.
** The Front Sidewalk or Second Level Walkways – cannot not be used for storing personal property or possessions, as these items present a tripping hazard and impede others from using these areas. Bicycles should be locked to the bike racks.
** Parking – Guests are permitted 1 vehicle, per unit. Work vehicles, boats, trailers and other towed gear must be parked along the front fence line, not adjacent to the Condominium building. Nothing may be parked on the side or back yards; automobiles or other towed gear parked in the side or back yards will be towed.
**Parking - The parking of small and large SUV’s is not allowed in the blacktop area (between the pool and small units; except for vehicles with an “authorized handicap permit”.
** Daily towel exchange, toilet tissue, soap, etc... are available at the office between the hours of 9 am & 10:45 am.
** Additional Pillows & blankets available for your comfort
** Upon your departure please return your keys to the office.
** Quiet time starts at 10:00 pm - 7:30 am
** There is NO daily maid service.
** NO barbecues allowed on decks or balconies. (upper or lower)
** To avoid additional cleaning fees please be certain to wash all dishes used. Make certain that the oven and stove are clean. All furniture must be in its original placement. Garbage is to be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the left end of the property.
** Trash – All trash may be discarded in the dumpster which is located on site.
** Occupants are responsible for damage to furnishings and replacement cost thereof.
** No ONE may drive in the backyard unless it is an absolute emergency or for a handicapped person to gain entry to a unit. Full precaution needs to be taken to avoid the septic title 5 system and for the safety of children and adults who may be using the backyard.
**Plumbing issues - Guest must immediately notify the Resident Manager of any plumbing issues.
** Conserve water when possible.
** Use of Pool - The pool is for the exclusive use of unit owners, registered guest. NO OUTSIDE guests may use the facility at this time.
** The Pool Area – No food or glass items are allowed in the pool area at any time. Drinks in plastic are OK. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children are allowed in the pool area unless an adult accompanies them. Please make sure that your child is wearing swim diapers if needed, if you take them into the pool. The pool is a non-smoking area.
** Drying of clothing - Towels, bathing suits or clothing must not be hung on the front walkways.
** Pets – No pets of any kind are allowed in the Condominium units or on the common areas of the Condominium. There will be fees added to you bill if this rule is violated!!
**Smoking - Smoking of any kind is not permitted within 15 feet of the Braemar building. There is no smoking on the pool deck. Smoking is permitted in the designated area in the front of the building
**Illegal Drugs -Illegal drugs are not allowed anywhere on the Braemar property. Guest will be requested to immediately vacate the premises. No refunds will be given.
** Each condo is privately owned. PLEASE do not swap items from one unit to another.

Denise and her staff were wonderful. We booked at a close location and when we went into our room we were so disappointed. It was so awful we could not stay there and Denise jumped right in and got us a beautiful room at her location. Denise and her staff saved the day!
I'm sorry the other location(which was not on our property) didn't work out. We are glad we could accommodate you. Come stay again!

I’ve stayed at the Braemar many times and this time did not disappoint. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated and very well appointed and a perfect place for us for the weekend. Very centrally located to lots of beaches. My sister walked to Cold Storage beach from the condo. A lovely upper deck room!

I can't recommend this rental highly enough. Great location, check-in was a breeze, and the rental itself was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked, everything seemed new and was immaculately clean. My family had an amazing time, we felt so comfortable, and we will definitely return. The location was perfect--beaches, bike trails and Provincetown were all within a 10 minute (or less) drive. Very quiet and relaxing!

Great place to stay. The AC unit can’t really handle the summer heat but if you open the sliding glass door at night you’ll get a nice breeze.

One thing to remember thr unit is equipped with all the required utilities and very clean. Do not carry anything with you if you are family of 3. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was very clean and cozy! It is much bigger than I imagined and the ocean view and sunset were amazing to watch from our porch.

We loved the apartment! It is decorated beautifully, and more spacious than we expected. It is both clean and comfortable. The location was perfect; only a few minutes drive from P-town and about twenty minutes from Wellfleet. Travis and Maurice were great hosts and the rescue dog in the office was an added bonus. Thank for allowing us to stay.
The apartment was comfortable, convenient and clean, and check-in and check-out were both a breeze. The location is central to a couple of towns for this area of the cape so it was a great home base to explore out of. Would stay here again.
This condo is small but has everything you need. I stayed here for 5 days with my three adult children. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the porch allows you to enjoy the cape breezes. The condo is tastefully decorated and is very clean. I would stay here again!
