Newly renovated bright and spacious ground floor studio with air conditioning. Comfortably sleeps four. Walk out onto private patio and into spacious back yard with BBQ grills and picnic tables.
Amenities include air conditioning, heat, and fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Microwave, full size stove and refrigerator. Full bathroom, tub with shower. Two queen beds and sleep sofa. Free Wi-Fi and cable television. Fresh towels are available, please bring towels for the beach and pool.
Ample parking. Swimming pool on site. Enjoy your vacation here! We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of The Meadow Beach.

** We would like to thank you for your consideration in treating our property as you would your own, we hope you enjoy your stay with us here at The Braemar.
** The Complex Manager or the Board - reserves the right to remove any occupants who do not comply with the Braemar Rules and Regulations; should an occupant be removed, any unused rental payments may be returned and any fees associated with the removal will be assessed the owner.
- The office is open 8:00 Am - 5:00 PM - Check In at our on-site office upon arrival. Closed between the hours of 11:00am - 1:00PM
** Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. - Please have all guests sign in at the office.
** The Front Sidewalk or Second Level Walkways – cannot not be used for storing personal property or possessions, as these items present a tripping hazard and impede others from using these areas. Bicycles should be locked to the bike racks.
** Parking – Guests are permitted 1 vehicle. Work vehicles, boats, trailers and other towed gear must be parked along the front fence line, not adjacent to the Condominium building. Nothing may be parked on the side or back yards; automobiles or other towed gear parked in the side or back yards will be towed.
**Parking - The parking of small and large SUV’s is not allowed in the blacktop area (between the pool and small units; except for vehicles with an “authorized handicap permit”.
** Daily towel exchange, toilet tissue, soap, etc... are available at the office between the hours of 9 am & 10:45 am.
** Additional Pillows & blankets available for your comfort
** Upon your departure please return your keys to the office.
** Quiet time starts at 10:00 pm - 7:30 am
** There is NO daily maid service.
** NO barbecues allowed on decks or balconies. (upper or lower)
** To avoid additional cleaning fees please be certain to wash all dishes used. Make certain that the oven and stove are clean. All furniture must be in its original placement. Garbage is to be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the left end of the property.
** Trash – All trash may be discarded in the dumpster which is located on site.
** Occupants are responsible for damage to furnishings and replacement cost thereof.
** No ONE may drive in the backyard unless it is an absolute emergency or for a handicapped person to gain entry to a unit. Full precaution needs to be taken to avoid the septic title 5 system and for the safety of children and adults who may be using the backyard.
**Plumbing issues - Guest must immediately notify the Resident Manager of any plumbing issues.
** Conserve water when possible.
** Use of Pool - The pool is for the exclusive use of unit owners, registered guest. NO OUTSIDE guests may use the facility at this time.
** The Pool Area – No food or glass items are allowed in the pool area at any time. Drinks in plastic are OK. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children are allowed in the pool area unless an adult accompanies them. Please make sure that your child is wearing swim diapers if needed, if you take them into the pool. The pool is a non-smoking area.
** Drying of clothing - Towels, bathing suits or clothing must not be hung on the front walkways.
** Pets – No pets of any kind are allowed in the Condominium units or on the common areas of the Condominium. There will be fees added to you bill if this rule is violated!!
**Smoking - Smoking of any kind is not permitted within 15 feet of the Braemar building. There is no smoking on the pool deck. Smoking is permitted in the designated area in the front of the building
**Illegal Drugs -Illegal drugs are not allowed anywhere on the Braemar property. Guest will be requested to immediately vacate the premises. No refunds will be given.
** Each condo is privately owned. PLEASE do not swap items from one unit to another.

The location was quite and relaxing.We swam in the Braemar’s pool daily .The pool was clean and well attended to.
We enjoyed are stay there and plan to return in the future.

We appreciated that the host allowed us to do a late check-in due to traffic and made the check-out process easy as well. Clean space and very close proximity to beaches, Truro Vineyards and P-Town! Thanks for a great stay.
My family of four loved the the space and location of this condo. It is situated perfectly to explore many of the towns as well as Provincetown.
What incredible hosts! They were so helpful, attentive, caring, and kind- it made our stay 100x better! The space was perfect for us and the location was incredible. Will definitely be back and we definitely recommend staying here.

This was a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and well kept. It was a convenient location too! Everyone was super nice and accommodating.
The Braemar is conveniently located. You can walk to the beach or drive a few miles to get to other beaches. Provincetown is only about ten minutes away. The studio/condo is well-equipped for preparing meals if you want. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure and instant hot water in the shower.

This is an amazing place to stay! Maurice and Travis are awesome hosts! Our group was a group of 5 college girls and we had enough room in the condo with 2 per bed and 1 on the sleeper sofa.
The beaches aren’t too far and we had the option to obtain a $75 Truro beach pass for the week which was awesome!
It’s a very casual and comfortable location especially being so close to Provincetown! I highly recommend if you’re looking for something so close to the action.
We had a really relaxing stay. I was traveling with my son, sister-in-law, and two nephews. We relaxed and played cards by the pool and agreed the room was very clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They are helpful when asking for suggestions. Our two favorite restaurants in Provincetown were The Lobster Pot and Tin Pan Alley.
If we are ever in the area again, we will stay here! Thanks for everything.

The unit was great, the room was clean and well done. We enjoyed our stay and could not asked for a better equipped unit, both lovely to look at and everything for cooking. Totally remolded! Dawn was just a great person and a great lady.

We brought our granddaughter Pamela Whale Watching the weekend of 5/29 - 6/2. We stayed at the Braemar, Unit 43. We loved it! The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. We felt like we were home. Will definitely be coming back next year. Hopefully we'll be able to stay in Unit 43!
