Come visit us! Extremely bright and sunny 1st floor end unit with wraparound deck.  Two sets of sliders access large deck with dining set, 2 chaise lounge and 2 wicker chairs.  Condo is renovated with hardwood floors, split AC System, granite top bathroom vanity, plenty of storage and fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge/freezer.  New queen size bed, full size futon/sofa and 4 comfy chairs for relaxing or reading. Streaming Smart TV , free WIFI, room darkener curtains. In-ground pool, plenty of parking and on the PTown trolley route.  Onsite management should any issues arise during your stay. Charcoal grills and fresh towels daily. Conveniently located on Route 6A in North Truro, Massachusetts a short distance from beaches, bike trails, Cape Cod light and Provincetown. A quiet, relaxing vacation escape. We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach

Additional Rules:

** We would like to thank you for your consideration in treating our property as you would your own, we hope you enjoy your stay with us here at The Braemar. 

** The Complex Manager or the Board - reserves the right to remove any occupants who do not comply with the Braemar Rules and Regulations; should an occupant be removed, any unused rental payments may be returned and any fees associated with the removal will be assessed the owner.

- The office is open 8:00 Am - 6:00 PM - Check In at our on-site office upon arrival.  Closed between the hours of 11:00am - 1:00PM

** Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. - Please have all guests sign in at the office.    

** The Front Sidewalk or Second Level Walkways – cannot not be used for storing personal property or possessions, as these items present a tripping hazard and impede others from using these areas. Bicycles should be locked to the bike racks.

** Parking –  Guests are permitted 1 vehicle, per unit. Work vehicles, boats, trailers and other towed gear must be parked along the front fence line, not adjacent to the Condominium building. Nothing may be parked on the side or back yards; automobiles or other towed gear parked in the side or back yards will be towed. 

**Parking - The parking of small and large SUV’s is not allowed in the blacktop area (between the pool and small units; except for vehicles with an “authorized handicap permit”.

** Daily towel exchange, toilet tissue, soap, etc... are available at the office between the hours of 9 am & 10:45 am.

** Additional Pillows & blankets available for your comfort 

** Upon your departure please return your keys to the office.

** Quiet time starts at 10:00 pm - 7:30 am

** There is NO daily maid service.

** NO barbecues allowed on decks or balconies. (upper or lower)

 ** To avoid additional cleaning fees please be certain to wash all dishes used. Make certain that the oven and stove are clean. All furniture must be in its original placement. Garbage is to be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the left end of the property.

** Trash – All trash may be discarded in the dumpster which is located on site. 

** Occupants are responsible for damage to furnishings and replacement cost thereof.

** No ONE may drive in the backyard unless it is an absolute emergency or for a handicapped person to gain entry to a unit. Full precaution needs to be taken to avoid the septic title 5 system and for the safety of children and adults who may be using the backyard.

**Plumbing issues - Guest must immediately notify the Resident Manager of any plumbing issues.
** Conserve water when possible.

** Use of Pool - The pool is for the exclusive use of unit owners, registered guest. NO OUTSIDE guests may use the facility at this time.

** The Pool Area – No food or glass items are allowed in the pool area at any time. Drinks in plastic are OK. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children are allowed in the pool area unless an adult accompanies them. Please make sure that your child is wearing swim diapers if needed, if you take them into the pool. The pool is a non-smoking area. 

** Drying of clothing - Towels, bathing suits or clothing must not be hung on the front walkways.

** Pets – No pets of any kind are allowed in the Condominium units or on the common areas of the Condominium. There will be fees added to you bill if this rule is violated!!

 **Smoking - Smoking of any kind is not permitted within 15 feet of the Braemar building. There is no smoking on the pool deck. Smoking is permitted in the designated area in the front of the building

**Illegal Drugs -Illegal drugs are not allowed anywhere on the Braemar property. Guest will be requested to immediately vacate the premises. No refunds will be given. 

** Each condo is privately owned. PLEASE do not swap items from one unit to another.

The place is beautiful and right near everything I needed/wanted. I spent 3 days walking running, biking and swimming near the room. The light in the room is gorgeous- a really nice get away.

This room was the perfect stay for my girlfriend and I for our quick trip to Provincetown. It is just a 12 minute drive from commercial street, which was perfect! The space was clean and comfortable. Everything you need is right in the room! Highly recommend this booking.

The condo was so much nicer than I had imagined. Spotless, and welcoming in its decor. The wraparound deck was a fabulous "perk". Kitchen excellently equipped, really appreciated the coffee filters, paper towels, etc. The pool was an unanticipated plus. The room had plenty of space for the two of us, the bed was comfortable and had a lovely quilt on it, and there was lots of light, both from the big sliders and the many lamps. Having games to play was also much appreciated. All around pleasant stay in a beautiful part of the Cape.

Perfect place for a getaway for two! The room was just as described and was extremely clean! Location is perfect as it is only minutes to downtown Provincetown, or a short drive to anywhere else you want to go on the Cape. Great host, great location, great room! Will definitely be revisiting this place again!

We really enjoyed our stay here over Memorial Day weekend!

Pros:
* Perfectly sized studio for two people
* Ample parking right by our door
* Lovely wrap around deck with two tables and two chairs
* Enough plates, pots and pans and silverware
* Soap and dish detergent were provided
* Towels (bathroom and kitchen), sheets, and blankets provided
* Everything worked well and was very clean
* Check-in at the front desk was super easy and staff were friendly.
* We appreciated that they gave us a call to let us know that our room was ready 3 hours early in case we wanted to check in early!

Cons:
* The couch (a futon) cushion was soft, but so high that even my partner at 5'11" could barely touch the ground
* The bed was okay, but very firm.
* There were no sponges, oil for cooking, or shampoo. so be sure to bring your own.

Overall, we were very happy staying there and would definitely do so again.

The condo was adorable and the small kitchen was stocked better than many large kitchens. I appreciated the proximity to Ptown. We did not use the pool. For light sleepers, the walls are a big thin. I would suggest getting a second floor condo so that you don’t hear footsteps from your neighbor up above. The customer service was superior!!!

I had a wonderful experience staying in this Airbnb. I will defintely recommend you to friends and family as well as stay again in the future! The condo was clean and beautiful. The wrap around deck was gorgeous!! And so fun! I love all the appliances that were provided and the ice trays with ice ready for us to use, was like the icing on the cake. He truely thought of everything and I really enjoyed my stay~

We had a great time! The room was very clean and larger than the pictures looked. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. I would definitely get the end unit again as the wraparound deck and 2 sliding doors gave great sea breezes through the room.
