Relax in our comfortable 2nd floor efficiency condominium. Our unit has a new vinyl plank floor, a slider to private deck, heat, AC, color cable TV, bathroom with tub/shower, cooktop, small refrigerator. The unit has a queen-size bed and a trundle bed (two twins). There are fresh linens and cooking utensils. Fresh towels are available, please bring towels for the beach and pool. Enjoy the private deck with beautiful distant views of Cape Cod Bay.
The Braemar condominiums are individually owned. Each unit is unique!
Professional management is on site. Conveniently located on Route 6A in North Truro, Massachusetts a short distance from beaches, bike trails, Cape Cod light and Provincetown. A quiet, relaxing vacation escape. We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach.
Additional Rules:
** We would like to thank you for your consideration in treating our property as you would your own, we hope you enjoy your stay with us here at The Braemar.
** The Complex Manager or the Board - reserves the right to remove any occupants who do not comply with the Braemar Rules and Regulations; should an occupant be removed, any unused rental payments may be returned and any fees associated with the removal will be assessed the owner.
- The office is open 8:00 Am - 5:00 PM - Check In at our on-site office upon arrival. Closed between the hours of 11:00am - 1:00PM
** Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. - Please have all guests sign in at the office.
** The Front Sidewalk or Second Level Walkways – cannot not be used for storing personal property or possessions, as these items present a tripping hazard and impede others from using these areas. Bicycles should be locked to the bike racks.
** Parking – Guests are permitted 1 vehicle. Work vehicles, boats, trailers and other towed gear must be parked along the front fence line, not adjacent to the Condominium building. Nothing may be parked on the side or back yards; automobiles or other towed gear parked in the side or back yards will be towed.
**Parking - The parking of small and large SUV’s is not allowed in the blacktop area (between the pool and small units; except for vehicles with an “authorized handicap permit”.
** Daily towel exchange, toilet tissue, soap, etc... are available at the office between the hours of 9 am & 10:45 am.
** Additional Pillows & blankets available for your comfort
** Upon your departure please return your keys to the office.
** Quiet time starts at 10:00 pm - 7:30 am
** There is NO daily maid service.
** NO barbecues allowed on decks or balconies. (upper or lower)
** To avoid additional cleaning fees please be certain to wash all dishes used. Make certain that the oven and stove are clean. All furniture must be in its original placement. Garbage is to be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the left end of the property.
** Trash – All trash may be discarded in the dumpster which is located on site.
** Occupants are responsible for damage to furnishings and replacement cost thereof.
** No ONE may drive in the backyard unless it is an absolute emergency or for a handicapped person to gain entry to a unit. Full precaution needs to be taken to avoid the septic title 5 system and for the safety of children and adults who may be using the backyard.
**Plumbing issues - Guest must immediately notify the Resident Manager of any plumbing issues.
** Conserve water when possible.
** Use of Pool - The pool is for the exclusive use of unit owners, registered guest. NO OUTSIDE guests may use the facility at this time.
** The Pool Area – No food or glass items are allowed in the pool area at any time. Drinks in plastic are OK. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children are allowed in the pool area unless an adult accompanies them. Please make sure that your child is wearing swim diapers if needed, if you take them into the pool. The pool is a non-smoking area.
** Drying of clothing - Towels, bathing suits or clothing must not be hung on the front walkways.
** Pets – No pets of any kind are allowed in the Condominium units or on the common areas of the Condominium. There will be fees added to you bill if this rule is violated!!
**Smoking - Smoking of any kind is not permitted within 15 feet of the Braemar building. There is no smoking on the pool deck. Smoking is permitted in the designated area in the front of the building
**Illegal Drugs -Illegal drugs are not allowed anywhere on the Braemar property. Guest will be requested to immediately vacate the premises. No refunds will be given.
** Each condo is privately owned. PLEASE do not swap items from one unit to another.

Great location, and great value, 10 min to Ptown. I enjoyed my stay in this small quiet condo complex. This unit is a small studio with kitchen, just a sink with a small stove top next to it and a microwave and a small refrigerator. If you are looking for a luxury condo, this is not it. No frills, but a great value. I do not recommend for a large family, even though it technically has 3 beds (1 queen and a trundle bed in the corner). It is pretty small. The place is run similar to a hotel in that there is maid service between guests and you can swap towels and get more toilet paper at the front desk. But each unit is very different. Be aware, in this particular unit, there are several things that are out of date, including the bathroom. Also, the cable package is very basic and the cable box is old, so don't expect to be able to watch movie channels. It does have Netflix but I wasn't able to use it because it kept disconnecting. The complex has great wifi, but my Verizon cell service was spotty. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and the bay is just down the street. The deck is great and on windy days you can hear the surf. There is a pool, but I did not use it. I would definitely stay here again because of the price and location.

We had a great stay! The unit was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a long holiday weekend stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing and the pool was perfect. I would definitely recommend Braemar and would stay here again!

The condo was in a great location, 3 min from Truro Vineyards and 10 min from Ptown. Four of us stayed comfortably in the condo and had everything we needed. We loved spending time on the deck! We’d definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a spot that is close to Provincetown, this is the place to stay. We had a great two night stay here.
Loved the unit last year and really love the upgrades this year, planning a return trip in August and will be staying in unit 16, it's the best. Dawn the manager is so helpful, couldn't have asked for a better room or service.
Great unit, first time in unit 16 but many times at Braemar, love the unit! Most comfortable bed so far, fabulous view, nice breeze.
