Ground Floor Studio Efficiency - Sleeps 3 Max. if more than the max people show up at check-in time for reservation, the reservation will be denied.
Unit has A/C - ground level with access to large grassy yard, queen size bed, two bunk beds, four burner stove top, lots of cabinets. microwave, utensils, coffee pot . Cable television, free Wi-Fi. Fresh towels available, please bring towels for the beach or pool. Tile floor, Tile bath with tub-shower.

The Braemar condominiums are individually owned. Each unit is unique! Professional management is on site. Conveniently located on Route 6A in North Truro, Massachusetts a short distance from beaches, bike trails, Cape Cod light and Provincetown. A quiet, relaxing vacation escape. We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach.
Upon arrival check in is available at our on site office till 5 PM. If arriving after 5 PM please contact us so we may make late arrival arrangements.
Additional Rules:
** We would like to thank you for your consideration in treating our property as you would your own, we hope you enjoy your stay with us here at The Braemar.
** The Complex Manager or the Board - reserves the right to remove any occupants who do not comply with the Braemar Rules and Regulations; should an occupant be removed, any unused rental payments may be returned and any fees associated with the removal will be assessed the owner.
- The office is open 8:00 Am - 5:00 PM - Check In at our on-site office upon arrival. Closed between the hours of 11:00am - 1:00PM
** Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. - Please have all guests sign in at the office.
** The Front Sidewalk or Second Level Walkways – cannot not be used for storing personal property or possessions, as these items present a tripping hazard and impede others from using these areas. Bicycles should be locked to the bike racks.
** Parking – Guests are permitted 1 vehicle. Work vehicles, boats, trailers and other towed gear must be parked along the front fence line, not adjacent to the Condominium building. Nothing may be parked on the side or back yards; automobiles or other towed gear parked in the side or back yards will be towed.
**Parking - The parking of small and large SUV’s is not allowed in the blacktop area (between the pool and small units; except for vehicles with an “authorized handicap permit”.
** Daily towel exchange, toilet tissue, soap, etc... are available at the office between the hours of 9 am & 10:45 am.
** Additional Pillows & blankets available for your comfort
** Upon your departure please return your keys to the office.
** Quiet time starts at 10:00 pm - 7:30 am
** There is NO daily maid service.
** NO barbecues allowed on decks or balconies. (upper or lower)
** To avoid additional cleaning fees please be certain to wash all dishes used. Make certain that the oven and stove are clean. All furniture must be in its original placement. Garbage is to be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the left end of the property.
** Trash – All trash may be discarded in the dumpster which is located on site.
** Occupants are responsible for damage to furnishings and replacement cost thereof.
** No ONE may drive in the backyard unless it is an absolute emergency or for a handicapped person to gain entry to a unit. Full precaution needs to be taken to avoid the septic title 5 system and for the safety of children and adults who may be using the backyard.
**Plumbing issues - Guest must immediately notify the Resident Manager of any plumbing issues.
** Conserve water when possible.
** Use of Pool - The pool is for the exclusive use of unit owners, registered guest. NO OUTSIDE guests may use the facility at this time.
** The Pool Area – No food or glass items are allowed in the pool area at any time. Drinks in plastic are OK. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children are allowed in the pool area unless an adult accompanies them. Please make sure that your child is wearing swim diapers if needed, if you take them into the pool. The pool is a non-smoking area.
** Drying of clothing - Towels, bathing suits or clothing must not be hung on the front walkways.
** Pets – No pets of any kind are allowed in the Condominium units or on the common areas of the Condominium. There will be fees added to you bill if this rule is violated!!
**Smoking - Smoking of any kind is not permitted within 15 feet of the Braemar building. There is no smoking on the pool deck. Smoking is permitted in the designated area in the front of the building
**Illegal Drugs -Illegal drugs are not allowed anywhere on the Braemar property. Guest will be requested to immediately vacate the premises. No refunds will be given.
** Each condo is privately owned. PLEASE do not swap items from one unit to another.

We were delighted by Denise's place! It was quiet, and very comfortable. The view out the back was beautiful, and it was an easy walk to the bayside beach. We were so happy to be in close proximity to Provincetown, and also enjoy the quiet of Truro. I highly recommend!!
Terrible value for the money. While arranging an early check in went OK, was not happy with the rest of my stay. After checking in we moved the car by the room to check in. Ok, it did say compact cars only, but literally, I had carried a load inside and came out to find a note threatening towing if I didn’t move the car. Entering the room the first thing one noticed was the toxic smell of bleach perfumed with lemon. This resulted in us having to keep the sliders and window open. A sign in the room mentioned that the dampness in the area would impact our possessions if we kept the windows and sliders open. So a choice — damp, musty clothes or toxic fumes.
Finding cobwebs between the light and medicine chest spoke to the cleanliness question.
Instructions were posted for using the TV were not working. After getting some help, we were told that the instructions were for tvs that were going to be installed, and that the current one did not have the functioning the instructions suggested…!!
Thank you for your feedback. The compact car area is for the safty of children that may be walking in the parking lot, we are sorry more then one person spoke with you. We clean with various cleaning products with various odors. The early check in, was a courtesy, so the cleaning smell hadn't left the room yet. This is the Cape, it can be damp. Hopefully you can find a place more suitable for your needs.
Denise's description and photos of the condo were exactly what we found. We especially enjoyed eating our meals and hanging out on the private and peaceful back deck that over looks a beautiful and well maintained green lawn. The pool was especially clean, the front office folk were attentive and gave us terrific recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Beaches, fun activities, restaurants and P-Town were only a short drive away.
We definitely hope to return next summer!

Great deal for the location. The apartment had everything we needed and the front office was very helpful. Parking was easy and the pool was great. Walkable to north Truro center for dinner at Captain’s Choice and the market for groceries. The only downside was the internet wasn’t great and there wasn’t cell service inside the unit. We ended up going to the library down the street to rent dvd’s and it worked out great.

The apartment is a great home base for exploring Provincetown and Wellfleet - the location is fantastic. The WiFi wasn’t reliable, but we were there for the beach at the end of the day.

Great little place! The unit was spotless on our arrival with everything we needed. The location was great as well. We were very close to Provincetown (where the grocery store is) and Head of the Meadow Beach which I highly recommend. However, we kept having issues with the WiFi. The signal was so weak it kept kicking us off so we had to go outside to connect. When I went to notify the office staff, I was given another username and password which didn’t work at all.

Hard to find a better deal on the northern Cape. Extremely close to Provincetown and other beaches. The space was like an efficiency apartment, small and simple but pleasant. The best amenity is that there is a large backyard space that our kids could run around in when too wound up, and every apartment has its own patio or balcony (depending on floors 1 our 2). Very nice to be able to sit outside and get a breeze, maybe watch the turkeys move through. Highly recommend staying here.

Such a wonderful place to stay!! The rooms were cute and clean and the staff went above and beyond with hospitality and kindness. Furthermore, it was about a 5minute walk to city beach which was calm and pristine. Will stay here again if we return!

The Braemar is a lovely place to stay. Close to beaches, Provincetown, and national seashore walking spots.
We stayed here with our five year old and infant and it was a cute, cozy room with a great backyard deck. The room had basic necessities we needed for the weekend. Pool was clean and refreshing.
Parking was ample and everyone we spoke to at the office friendly and helpful.

If you are planning a trip based on location then this is an excellent choice. Walking distance to the beaches and a lovely backyard area to relax in the sun. The pool was not crowded and overall a private area. Interior of the room was ok and would honestly only have 2 people stay there even though it can sleep 4. At the end of the day though, when you are coming to the cape you shouldn't be spending that much time in the room anyways.

Efficiency is the perfect descriptor. Very clean, extremely friendly check in, meticulously maintained grounds. Kids loved the pool, and the little sitting area in the back is great for morning coffee. Nice retreat for our busy Cape Cod vacation!
Trust me you want to stay at this condo! Updated in ground pool, quiet setting with lots of privacy, very close to Truro Vineyards, Ptown and beaches!!!! Safe and secure. Maurice and Travis take great care of their property. We will definitely come back!!
I stayed here for 3 nights with my mom while vacationing on the Cape. The place was very clean and had all we needed to cook meals. Maurice was very accommodating and gave us great suggestions for things to do. The location was great, all of the places we wanted to visit were within an easy 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.
