Unit #6 - Efficiency Studio, Private Deck

Bright, breezy second-floor studio apartment. Sleeps a maximum of 2 - if more than two people show up at check-in for the reservation, the reservation will be denied. Enjoy coffee, lunch, and dinner on the private deck with a view of Cape Cod Bay and the grassy backyard. Sleeps two on a queen-size bed. Comes complete with linens, a kitchenette, no oven, a cooktop, pots, pans, an apartment-sized refrigerator, a tub, Smart Streaming TV, and a pool. Complimentary Wi-Fi. Air conditioning and fresh towels are provided; please bring towels for the beach and pool. The Braemar Condominiums is a no-pets-allowed community. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.

Close to P'town, bay and ocean beaches, and the National Seashore Park. Convenient shuttle bus stops in front of the condo.

Centrally located. Montano's Italian restaurant is around the corner. Truro Vineyards, Highland Golf Course, and Atlantic Spice Shop are all close by. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

** We process final payment on the morning of arrival, 

** We would like to thank you for your consideration in treating our property as you would your own; we hope you enjoy your stay with us here at The Braemar. 

** The Complex Manager or the Board - reserves the right to remove any occupants who do not comply with the Braemar Rules and Regulations; should an occupant be removed, any unused rental payments will not be returned, and any fees associated with the removal will be assessed to the guests and/or owner.

- The office is open 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Check in at our on-site office upon arrival.  Closed between the hours of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

** Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. - Please have all guests sign in at the office.    

 

** The Front Sidewalk or Second Level Walkways – cannot be used for storing personal property or possessions, as these items present a tripping hazard and impede others from using these areas. Bicycles should be locked to the bike racks.

** Parking –  Guests are permitted 1 vehicle.  Work vehicles, boats, trailers, and other towed gear must be parked along the front fence line, not adjacent to the condominium building. Nothing may be parked in the side or back yards; automobiles or other towed gear parked in the side or back yards will be towed. 

**Parking - The parking of small and large SUVs is not allowed in the blacktop area (between the pool and small units; except for vehicles with an “authorized handicap permit”).

** Daily towel exchange, toilet tissue, soap, etc. are available at the office between the hours of 9 AM & 10:45 AM.

** Additional pillows & blankets are available for your comfort 

** Upon your departure, please return your keys to the office.

** Quiet time starts at 10:00 PM - 7:30 AM

** There is NO daily maid service.

** NO barbecues allowed on decks or balconies. (upper or lower)

 ** To avoid additional cleaning fees please be certain to wash all dishes used. Make sure that the oven and stove are clean. All furniture must be in its original placement. Garbage is to be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the left end of the property.

** Trash – All trash may be discarded in the dumpster which is located on-site. 

** Occupants are responsible for damage to furnishings and replacement costs thereof.

** No ONE may drive in the backyard unless it is an absolute emergency or for a handicapped person to gain entry to a unit. Full precautions need to be taken to avoid the septic Title 5 system and for the safety of children and adults who may be using the backyard.

**Plumbing issues - Guests must immediately notify the Resident Manager of any plumbing issues.
** Conserve water when possible.

** Use of Pool - The pool is for the exclusive use of unit owners and registered guests. NO OUTSIDE guests may use the facility at this time.

** The Pool Area – No food or glass items are allowed in the pool area at any time. Drinks in plastic are OK. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children are allowed in the pool area unless an adult accompanies them. Please       make sure that your child is wearing swim diapers if needed, if you take them into the pool.  The pool is a non-smoking area. 

** Drying of clothing - Towels, bathing suits, or clothing must not be hung on the front walkways.

** Pets – No pets of any kind are allowed in the condominium units or in the common areas of the condominium. There will be fees added to your bill if this rule is violated!!

 **Smoking - Smoking of any kind is not permitted within 15 feet of the Braemar building. There is no smoking on the pool deck. Smoking is permitted in the designated area in front of the building.

**Illegal Drugs - Illegal drugs are not allowed anywhere on the Braemar property. Guests will be requested to immediately vacate the premises. No refunds will be given. 

** Each condo is privately owned. PLEASE do not swap items from one unit to another.

We had the cutest stay! This place had everything we needed, including an electric stovetop for breakfast. The water was nice and hot which was exactly what we needed after a jam packed day. We loved how close it was to Provincetown! It is peaceful, private, and very accessible. Thank you so much!

I didn't realize this was a hotel. If I had, I would have booked directly from them and paid less. Nonetheless, I would stay here again.
The room was great--looked just like the photos. We enjoyed the balcony and the pool was a nice plus (ran out of time to try though). It's a 10 min drive to Provincetown, or you can grab the shuttle that goes about twice per hour..just be prepared to wait 10-30 min. Bring a book! We tried it on Friday and took advantage of Free Friday Shuttle--rode it 4 different times, and it worked wonderfully. Rented bikes that day in Provincetown.

We tried the pizza place down the road for dinner (and another morning for breakfast) and it was great.

Highly recommend this place, just book directly 😉

We just loved this spot and location. It was quiet and felt very private and we could be on any number of beaches, Wellfleet or Provincetown pretty quickly on our bikes. The deck was our spot for coffee and wine and the grills were sturdily built and convenient. We would love to do it again.

The room was clean, and the location is good. (Truro is wonderful.) The bed was the worst I've ever slept on- hard as a rock. The Braemar (this condo development) can be booked directly or through a service like Priceline for a much lower price. Live and learn.

Great calm location and a very well kept property. Porch more a private terrasse with a view of the sea. Easy to reach Provincetown, beaches and other parts of the Cape. A nice specialty grocery shop and restaurant nearby. Maurice the host was very helpful. I will recimmend to friends for a peaceful getaway.

It’s in a great location, the place was really cute. There was a small kitchenette, but the toaster was broken. It had a small porch and convenient parking. There was even a bike rack. It was close enough to P-Town to bike. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner

Title: We love this little condo
Guest Review: We stay here every September. It's a fine size for two. The deck is large and a lovely place to eat breakfast or have sunset cocktails. The little kitchen is fine for making breakfast and packing our beach lunches. We generally go out for dinner as the family chef would like a little vacation too and taking her out to dinner ensures hubby will have a nice night too. Therefore I can't speak about how the place works for a bigger meal . It's always clean. June is wonderful to deal with. Also she prices the unit affordably. Not waterfront but all the great beaches and dunes are just minutes away. P-Town is close for nighttime fun too.
