This unit has a queen-size bed, Sleeps 2 (Max) Relax in our comfortable recently renovated efficiency condominium. This ground floor unit has wood flooring, sliders to deck and grassy picnic BBQ area, A/C, heat, Smart Streaming TV, and bathroom with shower. It is equipped with linens and cooking utensils. Kitchenette, cooktop, No Oven. Fresh towels are available. Please bring towels for the beach and pool.
The Braemar condominiums are individually owned. Each unit is unique! Professional management is on site. Conveniently located on Route 6A in North Truro, Massachusetts a short distance from beaches, bike trails, Cape Cod light and Provincetown. A quiet, relaxing vacation escape.
We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach

** The Complex Manager or the Board - reserves the right to remove any occupants who do not comply with the Braemar Rules and Regulations; should an occupant be removed, any unused rental payments may be returned and any fees associated with the removal will be assessed the owner.
- The office is open 8:00 Am - 6:00 PM - Check In at our on-site office upon arrival. Closed between the hours of 11:00am - 1:00PM
** Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. - Please have all guests sign in at the office.
** The Front Sidewalk or Second Level Walkways – cannot not be used for storing personal property or possessions, as these items present a tripping hazard and impede others from using these areas. Bicycles should be locked to the bike racks.
** Parking – Guests are permitted 1 vehicle, per unit. Work vehicles, boats, trailers and other towed gear must be parked along the front fence line, not adjacent to the Condominium building. Nothing may be parked on the side or back yards; automobiles or other towed gear parked in the side or back yards will be towed.
**Parking - The parking of small and large SUV’s is not allowed in the blacktop area (between the pool and small units; except for vehicles with an “authorized handicap permit”.
** Daily towel exchange, toilet tissue, soap, etc... are available at the office between the hours of 9 am & 10:45 am.
** Additional Pillows & blankets available for your comfort
** Upon your departure please return your keys to the office.
** Quiet time starts at 10:00 pm - 7:30 am
** There is NO daily maid service.
** NO barbecues allowed on decks or balconies. (upper or lower)
** To avoid additional cleaning fees please be certain to wash all dishes used. Make certain that the oven and stove are clean. All furniture must be in its original placement. Garbage is to be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the left end of the property.
** Trash – All trash may be discarded in the dumpster which is located on site.
** Occupants are responsible for damage to furnishings and replacement cost thereof.
** No ONE may drive in the backyard unless it is an absolute emergency or for a handicapped person to gain entry to a unit. Full precaution needs to be taken to avoid the septic title 5 system and for the safety of children and adults who may be using the backyard.
**Plumbing issues - Guest must immediately notify the Resident Manager of any plumbing issues.
** Conserve water when possible.
** Use of Pool - The pool is for the exclusive use of unit owners, registered guest. NO OUTSIDE guests may use the facility at this time.
** The Pool Area – No food or glass items are allowed in the pool area at any time. Drinks in plastic are OK. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children are allowed in the pool area unless an adult accompanies them. Please make sure that your child is wearing swim diapers if needed, if you take them into the pool. The pool is a non-smoking area.
** Drying of clothing - Towels, bathing suits or clothing must not be hung on the front walkways.
** Pets – No pets of any kind are allowed in the Condominium units or on the common areas of the Condominium. There will be fees added to you bill if this rule is violated!!
**Smoking - Smoking of any kind is not permitted within 15 feet of the Braemar building. There is no smoking on the pool deck. Smoking is permitted in the designated area in the front of the building
**Illegal Drugs -Illegal drugs are not allowed anywhere on the Braemar property. Guest will be requested to immediately vacate the premises. No refunds will be given.
** Each condo is privately owned. PLEASE do not swap items from one unit to another.

Denise is great and the place was very clean and comfortable! Looked exactly like the photos. I would highly recommend booking early for a good deal; the area is very convenient for visiting Ptown!

Very clean, well set up space in a great location. There is a shuttle bus that will take you to p town and you can go on another shuttle from there to race point beach and avoid all the hassles of parking!

Great location! Comfy & cozy place to stay
This efficiency unit is great for ether a short or longer stay. Good location. only about 10 minutes drive from Ptown and beaches. Firm but comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen area. Although no oven there is a good sized toaster oven. Nice patio with table and chairs for outside dining and for viewing the flock of turkeys. Would certainly return.
Perfect studio with everything we needed. Close to all the best beaches and PTown for evening fun. I highly recommend this place if looking for an economical spot in Truro with a kitchen, patio, pool and comfortable bed/ space.
This place was perfect for our little 3 days getaway. We usually stay in a busier part of the cape but we’re so happy with staying in Truro. Great location to get to Ptown and the Wellfleet beaches.
The pool was nice and convenient. The room was great with the small kitchen. Just what we needed! Very clean, great communication. Overall would definitely recommend.
Cute place. Make sure you do food shopping. There is a stop and shop not to far. There is no oven. Bed was firm but comfortable.

We loved staying here over Labor Day Weekend! We usually stay in Dennis so it was a nice change of pace to be up near Ptown, Beachcomber, and the national seashore beaches. The condo itself was very clean and everything seemed up-to-date. The bed was super comfy and being able to have coffee on the deck was lovely. It was also nice that toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and garbage bags were provided so that we didn't have to purchase them ourselves for such a short stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to go back!
We had such a great time, we didn’t want to leave! We really wished we’d stayed longer as It was a great location and space. Travis was very friendly and helpful with bike rentals, sand dunes and beaches for us to visit. All in all, a perfect getaway for a long weekend. We had some remote work to do and the WiFi signal was good so we were able to. Bed was very comfortable, the apartment was incredibly clean and we had everything we needed.
Travis’s place was as advertised, we very much enjoyed our stay there, it is in a great location on the Cape!
