All linens and cooking utensils provided. Fresh towels are available, please bring towels for the beach and pool. Beautiful swimming pool.
Just a half mile down the road is beautiful Beach Point on the Bay for swimming, sunning, snorkeling, windsurfing and sailing. Thirty miles of unspoiled ocean beaches in the National Seashore Park surround the area and Truro’s own magnificent Highland Beach is just minutes from The Braemar.
The Braemar is in a setting as relaxing or active as you desire. Bask in the sun at our outdoor pool or simply relax on your private deck. The Braemar offers visitors to Cape Cod a comfortable alternative to the congestion in town… offering ample parking and oversized quarters.
No smoking please & No Pets allowed per the management.

We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach

** Health and Hygiene – Updated as of June 3, 2020

Braemar's Unit Cleaning is in accordance to CDC Guidelines - Hospital grade cleaning products and protocols are now in place.
**The program will feature Lysol and Microban products in addition Ultraviolet UVC light Sanitation/Sterilization will take place in every unit during our cleaning process.

** Braemar Safety Door Tag will indicate that guest rooms haven't been accessed once cleaned and sanitized.

** Guest-accessible disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizers will be available at or office and throughout the property. 

** What to Expect During Your Stay. 
As you know, the way we travel looks a little different right now, so we wanted to ensure you had the latest list of what to keep in mind when you prepare to travel next. ** ** Please reach out to us directly to understand the latest local guidelines.

** Social Distancing. Social Distancing continues to be a recommended or required practice in public settings. We’ve adjusted common areas around our property to help guests adhere to these guidelines. ** During your stay, please be mindful of other guests and Team Members and maintain the suggested six feet of distance.

** Masks and Other Protective Equipment. The Town of Truro currently requires that all of our Team Members and Guests wear face coverings while onsite and in public areas. As such, we recommend bringing one with you.
** We have adjusted check-in and other processes to allow for limited contact with Team Members for continued safety.

** It is also recommended that all guests wash all kitchen items before use, for additional safety.

Rules and Regulations

** We would like to thank you for your consideration in treating our property as you would your own, we hope you enjoy your stay with us here at The Braemar. 

** The Complex Manager or the Board - reserves the right to remove any occupants who do not comply with the Braemar Rules and Regulations; should an occupant be removed, any unused rental payments may be returned and any fees associated with the removal will be assessed the owner.

** Check in & out times - Check in time is from 3:00PM  to 7:30pm and check out is 10am, Please have all guests sign in at the office

** The office is closed between the hours of 11:00 am & 1 pm and from 7:30 pm until 8 am the following morning

** There is NO daily maid service

** Quiet Hours - Loud music or TV sound which disturbs others is not permitted. Braemar’s “Quiet Time” is from 10PM to 7:30AM; during these hours, no music or TV sound should be heard outside the units.

** Keys – The Complex Manager will provide keys to your unit at your request. Please return them to the office on checkout. Additional keys are available at a cost of $5.00 apiece.

** Use of Pool - The pool is for the exclusive use of unit owners, registered renters (guest) and registered occupants of a unit as allowed by the unit owner.  No more than 2 outside guest may use the facility and they must be accompanied at all times by the unit owner, or registered renter or occupant of record.  

** The Pool Area – No food or glass items are allowed in the pool area at any time. Drinks in plastic are OK. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children are allowed in the pool area unless an adult accompanies them. Finally, please make sure that your baby or toddler is wearing swim diapers if you take them into the pool. The pool is a non-smoking area. 

** No running on the walkways, sidewalks or common areas.

**Towels and wash cloths - Fresh towels and wash cloths are available from the Complex Managers office during the hours from 9:00am to 10:45am. Please bring to the office those soiled towels and wash cloths which you want exchanged for fresh.

** The Front Sidewalk or Second Level Walkways – cannot not be used for storing personal property or possessions, as these items present a tripping hazard and impede others from using these areas. Bicycles should be locked to the bike racks.

** Parking – Work vehicles, boats, trailers and other towed gear must be parked along the front fence line, not adjacent to the Condominium building. Nothing may be parked on the side or back yards; automobiles or other towed gear parked in the side or back yards will be towed. Owners /guests with more than 1 vehicle, should park 2nd vehicle along front fence area. Please limit the amount of cars for a unit during high season.

**Parking - The parking of small and large SUV’s is not allowed in the blacktop area (between the pool and small units; except for vehicles with an “authorized  handicap permit”.

** No Owner or Guest may drive in the backyard unless it is an absolute emergency or for a handicapped person to gain entry to a unit. Full precaution needs to be taken to avoid the septic title 5 system and for the safety of children and adults who may be using the backyard.

** Toilets – Paper towels, disposable diapers, sanitary napkins, Kleenex, chemicals and other substances harmful to the septic system must not be flushed down the toilets or poured down the sink drain. Treat them as trash.

** Trash – All trash may be discarded in the dumpster which is located on site. There is no trash pickup service from each unit.

** All furniture must be in its original placement

** Drying of clothing - Towels bathing suits or clothing must not be hung on the front walkways.

** Cooking Outside – Charcoal or gas grills and hibachis or other cooking appliances using a combustion process or hot coals cannot be used on the balconies, or decks. Charcoal grills have been set up in the picnic areas for cooking and personal portable cooking units may be used on the lawn areas.

** Pets – No pets of any kind are allowed in the Condominium units or on the common areas of the Condominium. - No Pets allowed on the property there will be fees added to you bill if this rule is violated!!

**Plumbing issues - unit owner and/or guest must immediately notify the Resident Manager or the Braemar Board if the Resident Manager is not on site of any plumbing issues.

** Please Conserve water when possible.

 **Smoking - Smoking of any kind is not permitted within 15 feet of the Braemar building.  There is no smoking on the pool deck.

**Illegal Drugs -Illegal drugs are not allowed anywhere on the Braemar property.  Guest will be requested to immediately vacate the premises.  No refunds will be given.
