This upper unit on the top level, with its cathedral ceiling, is bathed in tons of natural light and has a large private balcony with ample seating, providing a backdrop of the surrounding lush landscapes and Cape Cod Bay for up to 4 Guests Max with 2 queen-size beds. If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. The kitchen boasts sleek granite countertops, white full-size appliances and delightful cabinetry with under counter lighting. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit. Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day. The cozy living area invites you to relax and unwind, creating the perfect spot to enjoy the gentle sea breeze and wonderful sunsets. The full bath with walk-in shower has contemporary fixtures offering a rejuvenating experience after a day spent exploring the nearby sandy beaches or indulging in the local coastal cuisine. AC/heat, smart TV, WiFi, community pool and outdoor grilling areas with picnic tables are just a few of the amenities. There is convenient parking and a friendly onsite team to ensure that every aspect of your visit is attended to. Fresh towels are available (please bring your own beach/pool towels). Located in the heart of North Truro, you’re just a short drive into vibrant Provincetown, where art, culture and entertainment come alive. The Cape Cod National Seashore with its scenic bike and hiking trails is at your doorstep.

** We process final payment on the morning of arrival,
** The Complex Manager or the Board - reserves the right to remove any occupants who do not comply with the Braemar Rules and Regulations; should an occupant be removed, any unused rental payments will not be returned, and any fees associated with the removal will be assessed to the guests and or owner.
- The office is open 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Check in at our on-site office upon arrival. Closed between the hours of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
** Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. - Please have all guests sign in at the office.
** Wi-fi & internet is provided free, we can not be held responsible for outages. Cellphone reception is based on guests providers.
** The Front Sidewalk or Second Level Walkways – may not be used for storing personal property or possessions, as these items present a tripping hazard and impede others from using these areas. Bicycles should be locked to the bike racks.
** Parking – Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit. Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day. Work vehicles, boats, trailers, and other towed gear must be parked along the front fence line, not adjacent to the Condominium building. Nothing may be parked in the side or back yards; automobiles or other towed gear parked in the side or back yards will be towed.
** Parking - Parking of small and large SUVs is not allowed in the blacktop area (between the pool and small units; except for vehicles with an “authorized handicap permit.”
** Daily towel exchange, toilet tissue, soap, etc., are available at the office between the hours of 9 AM & 10:45 AM.
** Additional pillows & blankets are available for your comfort
** Upon your departure, please return your keys to the office.
** Quiet time starts at 10:00 PM - 7:30 AM
** There is NO daily maid service.
** NO barbecues are allowed on decks or balconies (upper or lower)
** To avoid additional cleaning fees, please be certain to wash all dishes used. Make certain that the oven and stove are clean. All furniture must be in its original placement. Garbage is to be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the left end of the property.
** Trash – All trash may be discarded in the dumpster, which is located on-site.
** Occupants are responsible for damage to furnishings and replacement costs thereof.
** No ONE may drive in the backyard unless it is an absolute emergency or for a handicapped person to gain entry to a unit. Full precautions need to be taken to avoid the septic Title 5 system and for the safety of children and adults who may be using the backyard.
** Plumbing issues - Guests must immediately notify the Resident Manager of any plumbing issues.
** Conserve water when possible.
** Use of Pool - The pool is for the exclusive use of unit owners and registered guests. NO OUTSIDE guests may use the facility at this time.
** The Pool Area – No food or glass items are allowed in the pool area at any time. Drinks in plastic are OK. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children are allowed in the pool area unless an adult accompanies them. Please ensure that your child is wearing swim diapers if needed when you take them into the pool. The pool is a non-smoking area.
** Drying of clothing - Towels, bathing suits, or clothing must not be hung on the front walkways.
** Pets – No pets of any kind are allowed in the Condominium units or in the common areas of the Condominium. There will be fees added to your bill if this rule is violated!!
** Smoking - Smoking of any kind is not permitted within 15 feet of the Braemar building. There is no smoking on the pool deck. Smoking is permitted in the designated area in front of the building
**Illegal Drugs - Illegal drugs are not allowed anywhere on the Braemar property. Guests will be requested to immediately vacate the premises. No refunds will be given.
** Each condo is privately owned. PLEASE do not swap items from one unit to another.
