Come and relax in this quiet, light and airy end unit with great cross-breezes. Just updated with new furniture, appliances, and vanity, this unit is the perfect getaway for couples. Maximum occupancy 2. Bedroom/Living area has a queen-size bed with sofa, stuffed chair and rocker and a 60” smart TV with cable and streaming capability. Bathroom has tub/shower with hairdryer and plenty of storage and hooks for your convenience. Kitchen features stove, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, Mr Coffee, and Keurig and is fully equipped to cook, eat and entertain. Dining room table with seating for four. Iron and board and vacuum also provided. Unit is fortunate to have two full-size decks (One facing the bay and one facing the beautiful evening sunsets.) complete with additional seating and dining areas. Linens and towels provided (bring your own beach/pool towels). On-site parking and swimming pool and picnic areas with charcoal grilles. Located just two miles from PTown and less from beaches, we are fortunate to be located directly on the shuttle line.

Additional Rules:
** We would like to thank you for your consideration in treating our property as you would your own, we hope you enjoy your stay with us here at The Braemar.
** The Complex Manager or the Board - reserves the right to remove any occupants who do not comply with the Braemar Rules and Regulations; should an occupant be removed, any unused rental payments may be returned and any fees associated with the removal will be assessed the owner.
** The office is open 8:00 Am - 6:00 PM

** Check in & out times - Please have all guests sign in at the office:
Check in time is from 4:00PM to 6:00 PM Check out is 10am.
** The Front Sidewalk or Second Level Walkways – cannot not be used for storing personal property or possessions, as these items present a tripping hazard and impede others from using these areas. Bicycles should be locked to the bike racks.
** Parking – Work vehicles, boats, trailers and other towed gear must be parked along the front fence line, not adjacent to the Condominium building. Nothing may be parked on the side or back yards; automobiles or other towed gear parked in the side or back yards will be towed. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle.
**Parking - The parking of small and large SUV’s is not allowed in the blacktop area (between the pool and small units; except for vehicles with an “authorized handicap permit”.
** Daily towel exchange, toilet tissue, soap, etc... are available at the office between the hours of 9 am & 10:45 am.
Please bring to the office those soiled towels and wash cloths for exchanged for fresh.
** Upon your departure please return your keys to the office.
** Quiet time starts at 10:00 pm - 7:30 am
** There is NO daily maid service.
** NO barbecues allowed on decks. (upper or lower)
** To avoid additional cleaning fees please be certain to wash all dishes used. Make certain that the oven and stove are clean. All furniture must be in its original placement. Garbage is to be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the left end of the property.
** Trash – All trash may be discarded in the dumpster which is located on site.
** Occupants are responsible for damage to furnishings and replacement cost thereof.
** No ONE may drive in the backyard unless it is an absolute emergency or for a handicapped person to gain entry to a unit. Full precaution needs to be taken to avoid the septic title 5 system and for the safety of children and adults who may be using the backyard.
**Plumbing issues - Guest must immediately notify the Resident Manager of any plumbing issues.
** Conserve water when possible.
** Use of Pool - The pool is for the exclusive use of unit owners, registered guest. NO OUTSIDE guests may use the facility at this time.
** The Pool Area – No food or glass items are allowed in the pool area at any time. Drinks in plastic are OK. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children are allowed in the pool area unless an adult accompanies them. Please make sure that your child is wearing swim diapers if needed, if you take them into the pool.
The pool is a non-smoking area.
** Drying of clothing - Towels, bathing suits or clothing must not be hung on the front walkways.
** Pets – No pets of any kind are allowed in the Condominium units or on the common areas of the Condominium. There will be fees added to you bill if this rule is violated!!
**Smoking - Smoking of any kind is not permitted within 15 feet of the Braemar building. There is no smoking on the pool deck.
**Illegal Drugs -Illegal drugs are not allowed anywhere on the Braemar property. Guest will be requested to immediately vacate the premises. No refunds will be given.
** Each condo is privately owned. PLEASE do not swap items from one unit to another.

The place was well located, right near Ptown. Maurice was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. While the place is more functional than super cute, it looks better IRL than in the pictures. Most notably, the porch was quite lovely, wrapping around two sides of the unit with a lovely view. All in all, a great stay!

Clean, bright airy, unit had everything we needed. Very comfortable, convenient and affordable. We'll be back!
