Smart Streaming TV- unit has queen size bed & day bed, full bath with tub/shower. Pool 20 yds away. Outfitted with cookware & utensils, cook-top,no oven, full sized microwave & fridge. Fresh towels available, please bring towels for pool. Conveniently located on Route 6A in North Truro, Massachusetts a short distance from beaches, bike trails, Cape Cod light and Provincetown. A quiet, relaxing vacation escape.
We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach.
Additional Rules:
** We would like to thank you for your consideration in treating our property as you would your own, we hope you enjoy your stay with us here at The Braemar.
** The Complex Manager or the Board - reserves the right to remove any occupants who do not comply with the Braemar Rules and Regulations; should an occupant be removed, any unused rental payments may be returned and any fees associated with the removal will be assessed the owner.
- The office is open 8:00 Am - 6:00 PM - Check In at our on-site office upon arrival. Closed between the hours of 11:00am - 1:00PM
** Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. - Please have all guests sign in at the office.
** The Front Sidewalk or Second Level Walkways – cannot not be used for storing personal property or possessions, as these items present a tripping hazard and impede others from using these areas. Bicycles should be locked to the bike racks.
** Parking – Guests are permitted 1 vehicle, per unit. Work vehicles, boats, trailers and other towed gear must be parked along the front fence line, not adjacent to the Condominium building. Nothing may be parked on the side or back yards; automobiles or other towed gear parked in the side or back yards will be towed.
**Parking - The parking of small and large SUV’s is not allowed in the blacktop area (between the pool and small units; except for vehicles with an “authorized handicap permit”.
** Daily towel exchange, toilet tissue, soap, etc... are available at the office between the hours of 9 am & 10:45 am.
** Additional Pillows & blankets available for your comfort
** Upon your departure please return your keys to the office.
** Quiet time starts at 10:00 pm - 7:30 am
** There is NO daily maid service.
** NO barbecues allowed on decks or balconies. (upper or lower)
** To avoid additional cleaning fees please be certain to wash all dishes used. Make certain that the oven and stove are clean. All furniture must be in its original placement. Garbage is to be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the left end of the property.
** Trash – All trash may be discarded in the dumpster which is located on site.
** Occupants are responsible for damage to furnishings and replacement cost thereof.
** No ONE may drive in the backyard unless it is an absolute emergency or for a handicapped person to gain entry to a unit. Full precaution needs to be taken to avoid the septic title 5 system and for the safety of children and adults who may be using the backyard.
**Plumbing issues - Guest must immediately notify the Resident Manager of any plumbing issues.
** Conserve water when possible.
** Use of Pool - The pool is for the exclusive use of unit owners, registered guest. NO OUTSIDE guests may use the facility at this time.
** The Pool Area – No food or glass items are allowed in the pool area at any time. Drinks in plastic are OK. There is no lifeguard on duty. No children are allowed in the pool area unless an adult accompanies them. Please make sure that your child is wearing swim diapers if needed, if you take them into the pool. The pool is a non-smoking area.
** Drying of clothing - Towels, bathing suits or clothing must not be hung on the front walkways.
** Pets – No pets of any kind are allowed in the Condominium units or on the common areas of the Condominium. There will be fees added to you bill if this rule is violated!!
**Smoking - Smoking of any kind is not permitted within 15 feet of the Braemar building. There is no smoking on the pool deck. Smoking is permitted in the designated area in the front of the building
**Illegal Drugs -Illegal drugs are not allowed anywhere on the Braemar property. Guest will be requested to immediately vacate the premises. No refunds will be given.
** Each condo is privately owned. PLEASE do not swap items from one unit to another.

Great place, very close to P Town, our main target destination. Easily drivable and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of Provincetown.
Close to many beautiful beaches, and the host was very responsive and flexible our requests.
Network connection is weak, albeit, this fact we thought was a positive, considering we were on vacation. Cell towers would ruin Cape Cods beautiful views that attracts so many like us:)

This is a very comfortable efficiency with a nice back porch for morning coffee. The location is close to many places and it is very peaceful.
We were unfortunately unable to make our stay as my husband got sick but Denise couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. We hope to be back next year!
Great condo in north truro! We loved sitting out on the back deck and using the pool out front. The location was great- it was a five minute drive to head of the meadow beach! It was very easy to check in and out. We would stay here again!!

Great rental! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and was easy to get to and from downtown Truro and Provincetown. Loved the little porch in the morning for our coffee 😉

Very convenient location.
This is a great accommodation for anyone wanting a well-located starting point to explore the lower section of the cape. Super quick and easy to get to Ptown, Truro, Wellfleet and beaches on bay and ocean side. The space itself is small, but cozy, clean and comfortable. We had two adults and a 9 year old share the space comfortably. Had everything you need for light cooking and the pool is a lot of fun for relaxing between beach visits. Second visit in three years and would go back again! Highly recommend.

Our stay was terrific! The host was very nice and the condo was clean and exactly as it was described. The WiFi wasn’t very strong and we had poor cell service. We didn’t need the WiFi much because of the close proximity to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Maurice is a very friendly host and the room was better than expected. My friend and I mostly walked around and explored P-Town during our stay. Nice quiet place that is about 10 minutes to downtown P-Town. We will be coming back here on our next visit to P-Town!! =)
Our stay was great. Very comfortable, the staff here is always friendly especially Dawn. Look forward to coming again next summer.
