Health and Policy – Updated as of August 3, 2020
Braemar’s Unit Cleaning is in accordance to CDC Guidelines – Hospital grade cleaning products and protocols are now in place. The program will feature Lysol and Microban products in addition Ultraviolet UVC light Sanitation/Sterilization will take place in every unit during our cleaning process.
Guest-accessible disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizers will be available at or office and throughout the property.
What to Expect During Your Stay.
As you know, the way we travel looks a little different right now, so we wanted to ensure you had the latest list of what to keep in mind when you prepare to travel next. Please reach out to us directly to understand the latest local guidelines.
- Outside Visitors to Braemar are no longer permitted. Braemar and its facilities are restricted to registered guests only.
- Social Distancing Social Distancing continues to be a recommended or required practice in public settings. We’ve adjusted common areas in many of our hotels to help guests adhere to these guidelines. During your stay, please be mindful of other guests and Team Members and maintain the suggested six feet of distance.
Masks and Other Protective Equipment The Town of Truro currently requires that all of our Team Members and Guests wear face coverings while onsite and in public areas, Masks are Mandatory at all times in the pool area except when you are physically in the water. As such, we recommend bringing one with you. We have adjusted check-in and other processes to allow for limited contact with staff.

The Braemar Condominium is named for its lovely, hillside location reminiscent of the Scottish moors. Here you will enjoy gentle ocean breezes and breathtaking sunsets on Cape Cod Bay. We offer efficiencies, deluxe efficiencies and a 2 BR unit, all with complimentary wireless internet. Units are located on either the ground or 2nd floor. All units are privately owned and work collectively to offer rental services.
The Braemar is in a setting as relaxing or active as you desire. Bask in the sun at our outdoor pool or simply relax on your private deck. The Braemar offers visitors to Cape Cod a comfortable alternative to the congestion in town… offering ample parking and oversized quarters.
At The Braemar, most 2nd floor units have a peek of Cape Cod Bay and all units have an exclusive deck from which to relax and enjoy!
Just a half mile down the road is beautiful Beach Point on the Bay for swimming, sunning, snorkeling, windsurfing and sailing. Thirty miles of unspoiled ocean beaches in the National Seashore Park surround the area and Truro’s own magnificent Highland Beach is just minutes from The Braemar.
OUR CONDOMINIUM UNITS
Relax in our comfortable Efficiency, Deluxe Efficiency and 2 BR condominiums. All units have wall-to-wall carpeting, hardwood flooring or tiles, sliders to deck, heat, color cable TV, bathrooms with tubs or showers. The units have either bunk beds, queen-size or double beds.
**Each is equipped with linens and cooking utensils. Fresh towels are available. Guests wishing to bring their own bedding and towels are requested to contact the office in order to remove existing linens / towels prior to Unit – UVC Light Sanitation
The Deluxe Efficiencies are larger and most feature two double beds. There is a single 2 BR unit located on the 2nd floor. Some units feature phones for local calls only.
If you can’t find the dates you want within the Availability Calendar or Rental Search, please call the office at 508.487.2207 and our General Manager might be able to accommodate you with stays in multiple units.
AC – AC/Heat Split systems in many units. Others may have Window AC in slider. Please check unit description where available.
QUIET HOURS – Loud music or TV sounds which disturb others are not permitted. “Quiet Time” is from 10PM to 7:30AM at which time no disturbing sounds should be heard from outside the units. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
PETS – No pets of any kind are allowed in the Condominium units or on the common areas of the Condominium.
CHECK-IN – is between 3pm and 7:30pm. If arriving later than 7:30pm, please contact us prior to arrival to make arrangements.
CHECK-OUT – is 10:00 AM Due to enhanced cleaning procedures late check out is NO Longer Permitted
